Product Arrival First Use Precautions
1. Need to charge the booster via USB-C and exit the shipping mode
2. After pairing the booster successfully, you need to charge the probe for more than 2-5 minutes before pairing the probe to ensure that the probe is fully charged.
What should I do with "Probe unconnected" ?
1. The probe/booster may not have sufficient power.
- If it is the first time to connect, please place the probe in the booster, then plug in the USB-C charging cable for the booster, unplug it when the LED1 blinks, then plug in the charging cable again and let the probe and booster charge together for 2-5 minutes. Once the probe is fully charged perform the probe pairing step again.
- If the probe is disconnected when you use it again after connecting it before, please click ‘· · ·’ at the top right corner of the homepage, select ‘Delete Device’ and follow the guideline to re-pair the device.
2. The probe is not near the booster.
3. If the booster display is normal, the probe is nearby, and the probe charge is normal, the probe may be damaged.
What should I do with "Boosters not connected" ?
1. Check whether the status of the booster is normal (whether it exits the shipping mode, whether the light flashes normally).
2. Whether the booster has been connected with other devices, if it is connected with other devices, the current device can also be connected but can not receive the transmission of cooking data at the same time.
3. Whether the app permissions of the mobile phone are obtained successfully (e.g. Bluetooth).
How do I exit the shipping model?
Please place the probe in the booster, then plug in the USB-C charging cable for the booster, unplug it when the LED1 blinks.
What should I do with "Unable to receive verification code" ?
1. Suggest to use Google mailbox
2. Because of the problem of Loxin server, some company mailboxes will be treated as junk mailboxes, and it is more recommended to use personal mailboxes.
What should I do with "After logging into my account and connecting with wifi, I want to go back to bluetooth connection only" ?
Prerequisite: The app uses an account login
1. Log out of your account
2. Click ‘visitor’ to enter visitor mode.
3. After entering the visitor mode, a pop-up window will appear, click ‘Use bluetooth only’ to confirm the use of visitor mode.
4. Pairing booster (follow the step-by-step instructions in the app)
5. Pair the probe (refer to the steps of connecting the probe).
6. Start cooking
When is the estimated cooking time displayed after I start cooking?
The estimated time can be displayed normally, the user correctly inserts the probe in the meat and then needs to wait for the temperature to rise by six degrees (i.e. the estimated cooking time can be known when the temperature at the end of the probe is +6°).
Is it normal for the product to shut down automatically?
1. If the product is paused for more than 30min automatically shut down, it is a normal state
2. If the product is turned off during the cooking process, it is an abnormal state, you need to check the power or other abnormal states at that time when it is turned off.
The charger is connected but the app page doesn't show the normal charging status, why?
It may be caused by the disconnection of the device, the power information is not returned in time, you need to check the connection status of the booster and the probe
The booster is connected by other mobile phones, because a single Bluetooth smart pairing a mobile phone to receive signals, you need to recall whether there is a simultaneous use of multi-end.
